Effective Friday, 1 March 2024, there will be a slight adjustment in the booking fee, increasing from $27 per hour to $32 per hour.
Firstly, we extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We understand the impact of such changes, especially during these times of uncertainty. Over the past few months, we've strived to maintain our fees unchanged despite facing rising costs. However, ensuring the sustainability of our operations has become increasingly challenging.
We're proud to share that despite these challenges, we have maintained a stellar 4.9-star review on Google. This is a testament to our commitment to providing you with exceptional service and facilities.
It's important to note that our prices have consistently remained below market competitors, providing exceptional value for your badminton experience. Additionally, we're pleased to announce that our off-peak rates will remain unchanged, ensuring continued accessibility for our community members.
While this increase was a difficult decision, it was necessary to ensure the quality and sustainability of our operations. Despite this adjustment, we have made every effort to minimize its impact and have kept other costs such as shoe rental, racket rental, shuttlecock, and stringing services unchanged.
