I made a mistake in my booking. Can I amend/cancel/get a refund?

As per our Terms & Conditions, all bookings are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-amendable, especially under events and circumstances not directly caused by Smash Arena.

Why must we wear non-marking shoes?

This is for your own safety and our friendly staff will check before admission.

Are non-marking shoes available for rental?

Yes, badminton shoes are available for rental at S$5 per pair per session. Our rental shoes are regularly washed, sunned and sanitized for best hygiene standards. You may request for shoe rental at our reception upon check-in.

Are badminton rackets available for rental?

Yes, we do have a limited quantity of rackets for rental. WhatsApp our reception at 88017871 at least 24 hours in advance to make a payment and reserve.

Are shuttlecocks available for sale?

We sell RSL Supreme and RSL Ultimate shuttlecocks at a discounted price exclusive to Smash Arena players who have a booking with us. They are sold on a first come first served basis. You could make a payment to reserve with our reception via WhatsApp at 88017871.

Can I book courts on a partial basis, such as 30 min or 15 min?

No, all bookings are for a minimum of 1 hour.

I am interested in cosmic badminton. How often is it held? How can I get notified?

Cosmic badminton is held on an ad-hoc basis at the moment. Watch out for announcements on our Facebook and Instagram for the next event.

I accidentally left behind my belongings. Is there a lost and found area?
